Be part of the heart of Holladay POST Holladay Hub is one of the busiest and most loved coffee shops in Utah — a true community gathering place where neighbors come together for great coffee, conversation, and connection. About the Role We're looking for energetic, friendly people who are passionate about crafting excellent drinks and delivering warm, genuine hospitality. You'll help keep the energy high during our busy morning and afternoon rushes while creating a welcoming space for our regular guests and new visitors alike. What You'll Do Craft high-quality espresso drinks, other specialty beverages, and food items with pride and consistency Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile — remember names, chat with regulars, and make every guest feel welcome Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting space Contribute to the positive, upbeat vibe that makes POST a community favorite Support your teammates and help train new hires as you grow with us What We're Looking For Previous barista or customer service experience is a plus, but the right attitude and work ethic matter more — we train motivated people!
