Reef's team is currently involved in some of the most prominent development transactions in Utah and other targeted geographies across the United States. Reef has partnered with a growing restaurant group led by James Beard Award Winning Chef Galen Zamarra located in the heart of Park City, Utah, an internationally renowned ski destination. Together, we have developed two new concepts: a 100 seat brasserie and bar (Le Depot Brasserie) and a French pastry & coffee shop (Union Patisserie).

Position Summary:

The Barista will be responsible for the highest quality preparation and service of coffee-based beverages and other specialty drinks, as well as the service of food items such as bread , pastries, salads and sandwiches.

Qualifications:

1 year or more of prior barista experience is desired Must be 21 years of age or older Professional espresso and coffee preparation knowledge & skills Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Strong teamwork abilities to work efficiently in a fast paced and high-volume environment

Physical Requirements:
