At the heart of our café, you won't just be making beverages — you'll be crafting moments. From the first greeting to the last sip, you will be the face of an experience our guests look forward to returning to. If you believe that great service is just as important as great coffee, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Deliver genuine, personalized hospitality to every guest — remembering names, preferences, and making each visit feel special. Prepare and serve a thoughtful selection of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with consistency, care, and craft. Anticipate guest needs proactively, addressing questions and concerns with warmth, professionalism, and a solutions-first mindset. Present food items with attention to quality, freshness, and visual appeal — because hospitality extends to every detail on the plate. Previous experience in a guest-facing role — café, restaurant, hotel, or events — is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the instinct to connect authentically with a diverse range of guests. Enthusiasm for coffee culture, with a willingness to grow your knowledge of brewing methods, origin stories, and beverage craft. Ability to remain composed, attentive, and gracious during busy service periods. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, with a commitment to upholding them consistently.
