Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service in a lively café setting Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for sales transactions and cash handling Prepare and assemble churros, snacks, and beverages following food safety and sanitation standards Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, and food prep stations Handle food handling duties responsibly, including proper food storage and sanitation practices Assist with bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or retail food environments is preferred but not required—training will be provided! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle fast-paced service efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience in culinary roles or kitchen environments is advantageous Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and cleaning Join us to be part of an exciting team dedicated to creating joyful moments through delicious treats!
