We are a vibrant French bakery dedicated to delivering high-quality pastries, coffee, and customer service in a warm and welcoming environment. We're looking for a versatile and reliable team member to join our front-of-house staff.

Position Overview:

This is a multi-role position that combines responsibilities across counter service, cashiering, barista duties, and dining room maintenance. The ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide a positive guest experience Take and process orders accurately using the POS system Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages Handle cash and card transactions responsibly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, counter, and service stations Restock display items, packaging, and supplies as needed Assist customers with menu questions and recommendations Work collaboratively with kitchen and bakery staff

Requirements:

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Previous experience in food service or coffee preparation is a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications:

French and/or Spanish language skills are a plus
