Lone Light Coffee Barista

Overview Lone Light Coffee is looking for a barista who is passionate about coffee, people, and creating meaningful experiences. As a barista, you will play an essential role in forming a warm and welcoming environment for our guests while preparing high quality drinks with care. The ideal candidate is someone who values hospitality, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast paced environment where attention to detail is key. Skills Past coffee experience preferred, not required Time management skills Reliable and professional Team player Proactive Must be able to lift 25 lbs Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to bend, squat, push, pull Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and order of workspace. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items. Operate the Square POS systems efficiently for order processing Cash handling and register operations. Work in a team environment as well as doing tasks independently. Opening and closing duties. Availability Minimum of 13 hours / week Shop hours: M-F 7 am - 5 pm, S-S 8 am - 6 pm Weekend availability required
