• Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards.

Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions accurately and providing excellent customer service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment. Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions about menu items. Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations during food preparation and service. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment while meeting sales goals. Requirements Previous experience in a café or food industry setting is preferred but not mandatory. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus but can be learned on the job. Familiarity with food handling practices and food preparation techniques is advantageous.
