We are seeking a passionate and energetic Barista Cashier to join our team and help us deliver an authentic, high-quality café experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and care. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operations with accuracy, ensuring proper cash handling and cashiering procedures. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas, including food handling and basic food safety protocols. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting overall café operations and ensuring quality standards are met. Qualifications Previous barista experience with a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques is preferred. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and food industry standards.
