This position requires engaged, dedicated customer service and hands-on work making both boba tea drinks as well as poke bowls. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of tea drinks in line with our recipes and quality standards. Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the work stations and dining area, adhering to food safety regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including operating the cash register and performing basic retail math. Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting patrons warmly, efficiently taking orders, and addressing any questions or concerns. Assist in managing inventory by keeping track of stock levels and reporting shortages. Work closely with the team to maintain smooth operations during busy times, demonstrating strong time management skills. Actively promote menu items and upsell products to improve the customer experience and boost sales. Qualifications Experience in food service or retail is a plus, though we are happy to train those with enthusiasm and a strong work ethic. Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial. Strong time management skills to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic familiarity with POS systems and transaction processing. Comfortable with basic math for cash handling and sales transactions.
