• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
• Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers ```Qualifications```
• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and familiarity with different coffee blends
• Ability to handle food safely, including proper storage and handling procedures We are looking for a friendly and energetic individual to join our team as a Barista.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. You will also provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service or food service role, but we are willing to train the right person.
