Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and light food items with precision and care Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations Manage multiple orders simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Engage with customers professionally, answer questions, and provide excellent service to enhance their airport experience Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations Restock supplies, organize workstations, and ensure the café area remains inviting and hygienic Follow food preparation procedures and food handling guidelines diligently Assist in food preparation tasks when necessary to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Support team members by sharing responsibilities and maintaining a positive work environment Skills Proven experience as a barista or in the food service industry with strong coffee knowledge Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations Ability to perform food preparation tasks accurately while adhering to health standards Experience in retail math, cashiering, and food industry operations is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Flexibility to adapt to varying shift schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Join our team as an Airport Barista and become an integral part of creating memorable travel experiences through exceptional service.
