The Barista will provide exceptional customer service by welcoming each guest with a smile. Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic to expand their product knowledge through attending staff classes and trainings. This position will require the ability to multitask with a sense of urgency, communicate effectively, and work as a team. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, serving coffee, tea, pastries. Ideal candidates will be responsible for completing food limited food preparation assignments including weighing, labeling and packaging. To ensure a clean and safe environment, the Barista will also be responsible for displaying and storing food at the appropriate temperature conditions as per Department of Health Standards and ensuring that stations are consistently cleaned. The Barista will also perform cashiering duties such as operating a POS system and ensuring accuracy of cash tills.
