Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Handle food preparation and food handling tasks in accordance with food safety standards Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food prep stations and seating areas Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure quick service without compromising quality Follow all food safety protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers Qualifications Previous barista experience or background in coffee service is highly preferred, but will train Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels great experiences!
