Boba Barista

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for bubble tea and customer service, creating a welcoming environment for our patrons. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
• Must be able to multitask effectively during busy periods.
• Must be able to work on Weekends afternoon Shifts to closing (Currently available)
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including equipment, counters, and seating areas to meet food safety standards.
• Work opening/closing, store maintenance duties such as cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, mopping, and taking out trash
• Must be friendly, honest and personable, and work as a team Qualifications
• Previous experience in the food industry or retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Basic knowledge of retail math to assist in sales transactions and inventory management.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating cash registers is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain health standards in food preparation areas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
