Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling Engage with customers warmly, providing excellent customer service to enhance their experience Manage food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation protocols Handle cash register transactions accurately, including cashiering and retail math calculations Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food prep stations, dining space, and equipment Assist with food preparation and serving tasks to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy periods Qualifications Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar food service role within a café or retail environment Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and familiarity with food safety practices Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and sales transactions accurately Previous experience in food handling, serving, or food industry roles is highly desirable Join us to be part of an energetic team that values quality service, teamwork, and passion for great coffee!
