Barista / Front of House Woodbelly Café Starting at $23/hour Woodbelly Café is looking for a kind, dependable, and hospitality-driven Barista / Front of House team member to join our small café crew. We're a neighborhood café that cares deeply about good coffee, good food, and creating a warm, welcoming space for our community. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced but supportive environment. What You'll Do Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and other café beverages Welcome guests with genuine hospitality Take orders and handle POS transactions Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café space Assist with stocking, light prep, opening/closing duties, and daily operations Work closely with the kitchen and café team to keep service running smoothly What We're Looking For Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude Strong communication and multitasking skills Reliable and punctual Ability to stay calm and focused during busy service Café, restaurant, or customer service experience is appreciated, but we're happy to train the right person Weekend availability is a plus What We Offer Starting pay of $23/hour A supportive, collaborative work environment Flexible scheduling Staff meals/drinks and employee discounts Opportunity to grow with our team If this sounds like a good fit, we'd love to hear from you.
