We're building a fun, upbeat, Pacific Northwest-inspired coffee stand focused on exceptional customer service, handcrafted drinks, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest who rolls through our drive-thru. We're looking for an experienced, energetic barista who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and takes pride in making consistently great drinks. What You'll Do Prepare espresso drinks, Lotus energy drinks, teas, smoothies, and other specialty beverages Deliver outstanding customer service with a positive attitude Work efficiently during busy rushes while maintaining drink quality and accuracy Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workspace Help create a fun and welcoming team culture Follow food safety and sanitation standards Open and/or close the stand independently when scheduled

What We're Looking For Required:

Previous barista experience required Strong multitasking and communication skills Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced drive-thru environment Current Washington State Food Handler Permit (or ability to obtain quickly)

Preferred:
