reviews Part-time We are seeking a friendly and reliable Barista to provide excellent customer service while preparing and serving coffee, tea, food items, and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages. This role includes educating customers on the menu, making recommendations, up-selling specials, processing payments, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked workspace. The ideal candidate can multitask in a fast-paced environment, work various shifts, and follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team Previous barista and/or alcohol service experience preferred Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Requirements:

Food Handler's Card and Washington MAST Alcohol Server Permit (obtainable within 60 days if required) Swinomish Gaming Commission permit This position offers an engaging, customer-focused work environment with moderate noise levels and opportunities to contribute menu ideas and feedback.
