Role:
Bainbridge Play Cafe is looking for an experienced, warm, and reliable barista to help bring our cafe to life. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in crafting quality beverages, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited about creating a welcoming space for all of our guests (and their little ones).
Responsibilities:
Prepare espresso-based drinks, matcha, teas, and specialty beverages like popping boba Maintain drink quality, speed, and consistency Engage with guests in a friendly, confident, and professional manner Keep the coffee bar and cafe areas clean, stocked, and organized Execute opening/closing duties thoroughly with attention to detail
Qualifications:
1+ year of barista experience required Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working in a family-oriented environment Reliable, punctual, and team-focused Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy rushes
