Upon graduation, you may be eligible for a barista or host position at Storyville Coffee Roasting Studio on Bainbridge Island. This is a paid-to-train position. During this 4 week training period, team members learn the art of espresso drink construction—from dialing in espresso and mastering milk texturing to crafting a full range of beverages with precision and consistency. Alongside these skills, the program emphasizes thoughtful, genuine hospitality, ensuring every guest interaction reflects our standards of care and connection.
