We are currently seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused team members to join our Bellevue location. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting daily operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for tea and hospitality. Responsibilities Prepare tea beverages according to brand SOP Brew tea, prepare ingredients, and maintain product consistency Provide friendly and professional customer service Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Restock ingredients and supplies throughout shifts Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned Skills Passion for customer service and hospitality Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Authorized to work in the United States Previous experience in a bubble tea shop, café, restaurant, or food service environment is preferred Food Handler Permit preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Bilingual English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus Please submit your resume and availability.
