Job Description
Overview Molly Tea is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as baristas and front desk associates. This role involves preparing high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. As part of a charming boutique tea shop, you will play a key role in creating an unforgettable tea experience for our customers. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and make the perfect beverages Provide excellent customer service by taking and fulfilling drink orders Maintain cleanliness of equipment, bar areas, and kitchen in accordance with established guidelines Coordinate with team members to guarantee smooth operation Requirements Passionate about tea and customer service Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask Willingness to learn and act as a team player Authorized to work in the United States This position requires either 3 night shifts a week and/or weekend shifts Full-time employees are expected to work around 35-40 hours a week Previous experience in boba tea shops or restaurants Knowledge of food quality management and state or federal food safety guidelines Nice-to-have Fluency in Mandarin Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid training
