Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and care Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Clover to process transactions efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and food safety practices Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions, and provide friendly, personalized service Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy Support food preparation tasks, including basic food handling and serving snacks or light meals as needed Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in the food service industry, with strong coffee knowledge preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover for smooth transaction processing Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate register balancing Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced café environment Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences!
