Barista and Cashier

Cutters Point Coffee Suncadia (Cle Elum) is looking for a PT and FT barista. We are currently under construction and should be opening at the end of May. We will be located in the new Suncadia Social retail area next to Suncadia Lodge. Please read entire summary before applying. We are in need of a barista that is looking for a permanent job. Please don't apply if you are only looking for a summer job. If you are a positive and energetic person, looking for a career in making people happy, become a part of the freshest team around! Experience is not necessary, but preferred. We just want sparkling personalities and bright smiles, we'll do the rest.

Minimum starting hourly rate:

$17.13 per hour + Tip (Average $5-10 per hour in tips)

Tasks:

At all times exhibit a friendly, courteous attitude toward customers and co-workers. GUESTS; Greet customers, Urgency, Eye contact, Suggestive selling, Thank you, and Smile/voice inflection. At all times exhibit a friendly, courteous attitude toward customers and co-workers Accurately operate cash registers in accordance with Cash Register Procedures Prepare drinks. Set up equipment, utensils, and supplies at opening. Break down, clean, and put away equipment, utensils, and supplies at closing. Perform cleaning and maintenance procedures as directed by person in charge of shift. Comply at all times with Cutters Point Coffee dress code and personal appearance standards Comply with all Cutters Point Coffee policies and procedures, including relevant federal and state regulations Perform all essential duties of this position in a safe and effective manner, consistent with the prescribed method and guidelines established by Cutters Point Coffee Perform other duties as directed by
