Retail & Cafe Associate

FLEUR is a luxury floral and lifestyle brand with locations in Kirkland and Nordstrom Bellevue. We are currently hiring a Floral Sales & Café Associate to support both locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, hospitality, flowers, and working in a creative retail environment. This is not a traditional high-volume café role or a full florist position. Our team focuses on elevated customer experience, retail sales, bouquet presentation, and light beverage service.

Responsibilities:

Customer service and guest interaction POS transactions and checkout Serving coffee and beverages Assisting customers with bouquet selections Bagging/wrapping ready-made bouquets Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards Restocking retail and café items Supporting day-to-day store operations

Ideal Candidate:

Friendly and welcoming personality Strong communication skills Reliable and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment Interest in flowers, hospitality, or design is a plus Weekend availability preferred

Schedule:

Part-time Compensation:

$19-21/hour depending on experience, reliability, and responsibilities.

Locations:

Shifts may take place at both our Kirkland location and Nordstrom Bellevue flower bar.
