Responsibilities:

Stay knowledgeable and educate customers on current offerings including beans, drinks, food, and merchandise Follow manager directives and support team members to anticipate needs, ensure smooth café operations, and uphold our product and service standards. Adhere to company policies including but not limited to cash handling, product standards, and hospitality best practices.
