Duties Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks, ensuring each order meets quality standards and presentation expectations Operate Clover POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently Manage cash handling with precision, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change and totals Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling ingredients, topping drinks, and ensuring all items are ready for service Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without sacrificing quality or accuracy Experience Previous barista experience in a café or food service setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Knowledge of coffee industry standards, serving techniques, and food safety regulations is highly valued Familiarity with POS systems Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders seamlessly during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math applications in a fast-paced environment Experience in the food industry or retail math helps ensure accuracy in transactions and inventory management Must have food worker card before hire. Must be 18+ to apply. Must be available to work nights, weekends & holidays.
