Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Squre to process orders accurately and efficiently Engage with customers warmly, providing excellent service and answering questions about menu items Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling with accuracy Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation and serving areas Assist with food handling, basic food preparation, and ensuring proper food safety protocols are followed Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards Requirements Prior experience as a Barista is required Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach Knowledge of POS systems is advantageous Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and order accuracy Understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering top-notch coffee experiences!
