About the RoleAs a Microsoft Campus Barista, you will be the face of Boon Boona Coffee within one of the world's most innovative tech communities. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse and dynamic team while delivering exceptional coffee experiences to the Microsoft staff and visitors. The role is fast-paced, customer-focused, and requires the passion and ability to craft high-quality coffee beverages.

Key ResponsibilitiesCraft and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and tea-based drinks according to Boon Boona's recipes and standards.

Engage customers with warm, friendly, and prompt service, fostering an environment that encourages repeat business and positive feedback.

Uphold impeccable cleanliness and organization standards for all front-of-house areas.

Proactively communicate with the Caf Manager regarding any operational concerns or suggestions for improvement.

Actively participate in professional development opportunities, contributing to and learning from the wider Boon Boona community.

Maintain compliance with Microsoft Campus's security and safety regulations, and adhere to the Boon Boona's codes of conduct and values.

About You:

You are self-motivated, punctual, and reliable, thriving in team environments.

You exhibit excellent communication skills and have a natural ability to connect with people.

You are passionate about coffee and eager to enhance your knowledge and skills.

You can manage tasks efficiently during high-volume periods, while keeping a positive and calm demeanor.

You are physically capable of standing for extended periods, stooping frequently, and lifting up to 30-40 lbs.
