As a Barista, you'll do more than prepare beverages—you'll create memorable customer experiences, build relationships with regular guests, and serve as a key part of our brand's success.

What You'll Do Schedule:

7pm-3:30am; 6pm-2:30am Prepare and serve a variety of handcrafted beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking accurate orders, and creating a welcoming environment Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process transactions efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked café environment Ensure beverage quality and consistency by following recipes and preparation standards Work alongside a supportive team to provide fast, friendly service during busy periods Assist with inventory replenishment, merchandising displays, and daily operational tasks Address customer questions and concerns professionally while creating positive guest experiences Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards Support team success by assisting with additional tasks as needed What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Excellent communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and dependable Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in coffee shops, food service, hospitality, or retail Familiarity with espresso beverages and brewing techniques Experience using POS systems Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain upon hire) Why You'll Love This Role Fast-paced, energetic environment Opportunities to build customer relationships and make an impact Hands-on experience with coffee preparation and café operations Supportive team culture Opportunity to develop hospitality, customer service, and leadership skills Every shift is different—no two days are exactly the same Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds Frequent reaching, bending, and repetitive hand movements Ability to work around hot equipment and in a high-volume environment Work Environment This position is performed in a busy café and retail setting where teamwork, energy, and customer service are at the heart of everything we do.
