Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older. Strong communication skills. Positive vibes are a must! Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for weekend shifts. Valid Food Handler Card upon hire. Pay:

Starting wage is $21.50/hour plus tips. Total estimated pay is typically around $25-$35/hour including tips, depending on shift and location.

Responsibilities Customer Service:

Greet customers in a friendly manner. Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Provide recommendations and answer customer questions about coffee blends, brewing methods, and menu items.

Beverage Preparation:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages. Follow recipes and quality standards to ensure consistency. Customize drinks based on customer preferences.

Cash Handling:

Process payments using cash registers or electronic payment systems. Provide correct change and receipts.

Cleanliness and Organization:

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar area and equipment. Clean and sanitize utensils, cups, and brewing equipment regularly.

Stock Management:

Monitor and replenish coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed. Keep track of inventory levels and report shortages to management.

Equipment Maintenance:

Ensure proper functioning of machines and equipment. Report any malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly. Adherence to

Health and Safety:

Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment. Adhere to food safety standards for the preparation and storage of perishable items.

Communication:

Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers. Relay customer feedback and concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about coffee varieties, brewing techniques, and industry trends. Educate customers about the different types of coffee available.

Upselling and Promotions:

Suggest additional items or upsell based on customer preferences. Promote special promotions or new menu items.

Multitasking:

Handle multiple orders simultaneously during peak hours. Prioritize tasks to ensure efficient service.
