Duties:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area Follow proper food handling and safety procedures Assist with food preparation, such as baking pastries or sandwiches Ensure that all products are stocked and replenished as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations Train and mentor new team members in the efficient execution of bakery duties

Skills:

Strong knowledge of coffee and espresso beverages Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Note:

Prior experience as a barista or in the food industry is required, including skills in espresso drink preparation, latte art, and overall familiarity with coffee brewing techniques and café operations.
