Position DetailsFulcrum Cafe is seeking a barista to join its talented and hard-working team. Shifts can vary from 5-8 hours long. We are looking for a part-time barista (avg 3-4 days / week) to start, with the potential to move up to more days if desired, as they become available. We are open from 8am - 6pm on weekends, and 7am - 6pm on weekdays. We aim to set steady schedules to provide stability. We understand schedule changes happen and will often try to accommodate them with notice. We are seeking independent team members that are comfortable going about their day to day tasks without direct supervision.

WageStarting wage is $21.30/hour plus tips. You would be making about $29-33/hr after tips on average. Tips are pooled between hours worked, and typically range from $8-12/hour based upon seasonality.
