HIRING FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF
Experienced Barista for high volume cafe in Ballard
REQUIREMENTS
At least one year of highly skilled Barista experienceAbility to pour latte art consistentlySpecialty coffee knowledge and willingness to learn Ability to lift and carry 50lbs Ability to be on your feet for 8+ hours per shift
EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
Weekend availability requiredThree guaranteed shifts per week + the ability to pick up moreHourly position, minimum wage + tips = $45 per hour, total potential wagesAll hourly positions share tips and are part of a mandatory tip pool
