Experienced Barista

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages while maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in our café. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service and attention to detail. Duties Prepare and serve a range of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring high-quality standards. Assist with food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, while adhering to food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the dining area, kitchen, and equipment. Operate the Aloha POS system for order processing and payment handling. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items. Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance customer experience. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety standards is an asset. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with customers effectively.
