Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Greet customers warmly, taking orders accurately using Toast Handle cash transactions, process payments, and perform cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food handling and preparation areas Assist in food service tasks such as food prep, serving baked goods or snacks, and ensuring timely delivery of orders Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without sacrificing quality Engage customers with friendly conversation, upselling products to enhance their experience Qualifications Previous barista experience or strong coffee knowledge is highly preferred Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate transaction processing Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Experience in food industry roles involving serving, food preparation, or retail math is advantageous Strong work ethic with attention to detail in food safety, cleanliness, and customer interactions Join us to be part of a dynamic team that values energy, dedication, and a love for great coffee!
