Responsibilities Greet customers warmly as they arrive, providing friendly and attentive service throughout their visit Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems accurately for order entry, payments, and transactions Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items following established recipes and safety standards Handle cash, credit card transactions, and food handling with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and compliance Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels Experience Previous barista experience or background in coffee preparation is preferred Proven cashiering skills with familiarity in POS systems such as Aloha or Micros Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Experience in food handling, serving, or food industry roles demonstrating attention to hygiene standards Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy in sales and cash handling Basic math skills for cash register operations, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food preparation techniques is a plus Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable café experiences!
