Bubble Tea Barista and coffee

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting café environment, and providing outstanding customer service. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and have a love for coffee and food preparation. Duties Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards. Operate café equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and blenders, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness. Assist with food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, while adhering to food safety guidelines. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions efficiently using the cash register, ensuring accurate cash handling practices. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including tables, counters, and equipment to create a welcoming atmosphere. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Experience Previous experience in the food service or café industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques and knowledge of different coffee beans is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Basic understanding of retail math for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
