We are looking forward to meeting you -DRIP Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages according to established recipes and standards. Operate the POS systems for order processing and payment transactions. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization, including food preparation stations and equipment. Adhere to food safety guidelines and ensure compliance with health regulations. Engage in sales activities to promote menu items and enhance customer experience. Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and register operations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Requirements Previous barista experience or strong coffee knowledge is preferred. Familiarity with food service operations, food handling, and preparation techniques is essential. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive interactions with customers. We require individuals to have their Washington State Food Handlers card. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
