Job Description
Kafiex Roasters is looking for a reliable, friendly, and experienced Barista/Cashier to join our team. We are looking for someone who is available to work every Saturday and Sunday without scheduling restrictions . Previous café and barista experience is required. This is a minimum wage position plus tips averaging $25/$28 p/hour. The ideal candidate is welcoming, detail-oriented, team-focused, and comfortable working through busy rushes while still providing thoughtful customer service. This role includes taking orders, making drinks, handling lines with care, supporting teammates, keeping the café clean and organized, and helping create a great experience for every guest. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, shows up consistently, and is excited to be part of a team that supports each other.
