This role focuses on crafting coffee drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that each guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to take orders and process payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, counters, and dining spaces. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Assist customers with their selections, providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is a plus. Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques is beneficial. A passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing methods is highly valued.
