Job Description

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for providing Casino patrons with Coffee products. This position should provide a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Coffee Pot Sales Associates are required to stay up to date with product features and maintain the store's visual appearance to a high standard. Provide excellent customer service while meeting the store's sales goals.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare the Coffee Pot for opening Assess customer's needs then provide excellent customer service Keep the Coffee Pot visually pleasing, clean as you go Remain knowledgeable on products offered Process POS (point of sale) purchases Cross sell products Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service Build productive trust relationships with customers Comply with all Tribal Ordinances, Regulations, Standard Operating Procedures and systems of Internal Controls All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma Background in sales products recommended and preferred Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Basic Math skills Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements Hands-on experience with POS transactions Solid communication and interpersonal skills A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner

1 year (Required) Availability to work flexible shifts This position is subject to the following conditions: obtain and maintain a valid Sokaogon Chippewa Gaming Commission license and pass pre-employment and random drug screenings.
