is hiring seasonal help for the position of Cashier - Barista - Ice Cream Scooper ! We're hiring for BOTH our Bearfish Brew at Lake Pepin coffeeshop in Pepin, WI AND Our Bearfish Brew Mobile Trailer in Durand, WI Be a part of one or both — the locations are only 25 minutes apart! We'd love for you to be 16+ and have reliable transportation to get to work. We're looking for reliable, passionate, friendly, trustworthy, and hardworking individuals with a strong work ethic to join our Brew Crew! As a valued member of our team, you'll help craft delicious drinks, serve pastries and ice cream, and create the fun, welcoming experience our customers know and love. No experience necessary — we're happy to train the right person who is motivated, personable, and eager to learn! Nervous about answering customer questions? That's totally okay. We'll help you build confidence, learn our products, and become comfortable talking with customers like a pro. Environment is joyful, fast-paced, and customer-focused. Pepin Coffeeshop:

OPEN operating hours 8:00 am - 3:00 pm 6 Days a week, closed Tuesday Weekend hours during the summer are a must, typically 2/month with weekday hours available as well. Typically 2 -3 people working during peak times. Shifts will start shortly before opening hours and have various start and ending times between 7:15-3:30. We may potentially have holiday weekend and Friday and/or Saturday evening hours until 5:00 - 6:00 pm, if so we have more staggered shifts. Opener, Early Morning, Mid-day, Closer 4-8 hour shifts available. If a student, weekend and possibly evening availability may be available, starting in the Fall. There is an option for this to become more than just a seasonal position for the right individual!

Durand Mobile Trailer:

O​perating hours: 7:30 am - 3:00 pm 3-5 Days a week (there is a possibility to be open earlier or later dependent upon demand, also there may be the opportunity for a split shift) Weekend hours during the summer are a must, typically 2/month with weekday hours available as well. Typically the staff will be working solo in the trailer, unless business dictates a ​more consistent ​ demand or at an event - 2 or 3 people working during extended busy events. Shifts will start before opening hours and have various start and ending times. We may potentially have holiday weekend and Friday and/or Saturday evening hours until 5:00 - 6:00 pm, if so we have more staggered shifts.

Duties Include:

Following all food service health, safety, and sanitation standards and protocols ​ Making a variety of craft drinks, pre​paring food items, and serving​ ice cream Taking and handling orders using a POS system (we use Square). Handling cash.

Opening/closing tasks:

cleaning, restocking, dishwashing, sweeping/mopping, following strict food safety standards Operating independently while maintaining strong teamwork Delivering exceptional customer service — making people smile and say "Wow, they're awesome!" Pay:

Starting at $7.25/hour plus generous tips — with the potential to make up to $30+/hour or more during busy shifts, ​working solo or events!
