Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling and preparation procedures. Handle cash register operations confidently, including cashiering and basic retail math to ensure accurate transactions. Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar food service role within a café or retail environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests. Familiarity with POS systems for seamless sales processing. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours efficiently. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and basic math for cash handling and sales calculations. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a friendly, energetic attitude. Experience in coffee preparation, serving beverages, and food industry standards is highly desirable.
