We're building more than a coffee shop—we're creating a place where people gather, connect, and feel at home. We're looking for friendly, dependable, hardworking individuals to join our opening team. Position Summary As a Barista, you'll be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences while preparing coffee, espresso beverages, teas, lotus energy drinks, sodas, and simple food items. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, tea, lotus energy drinks, and other menu items Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Operate the POS system and handle transactions Prepare and serve food items according to company standards Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café Stock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Work collaboratively with team members to provide a positive guest experience Qualifications Friendly, positive attitude Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed Coffee shop experience is appreciated but not required What We're Looking For We're looking for people who: Show up on time Take initiative without being asked Enjoy serving others Stay busy when things are slow Work well as part of a team Represent our values of kindness, hospitality, and community Benefits Competitive hourly wage Flexible scheduling Employee discounts Paid training Growth opportunities within a growing local business Positive and supportive work environment Schedule The Pressery Coffee & Co.

6:00 AM•5:00

PMSaturday-Sunday:
