Bay View, Milwaukee (Hide House) We are Bay View's first coffee shop inside a salon, and we're looking for a friendly, reliable Barista to join our opening team! If you love great coffee, connecting with people, and working in a fast-paced, welcoming environment, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do Prepare and serve espresso drinks, coffee, and other café beverages Take customer orders and process payments using our POS system Greet café and salon guests warmly and make them feel at home Multitask between drink-making, customer service, and maintaining a clean workspace Work closely with both the café and salon teams to keep the space running smoothly What We're Looking For Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills Comfortable talking with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere Ability to multitask and stay organized in a shared café/salon space Coffee shop experience preferred, but not required — Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Why You'll Love Working Here Be part of a brand-new café opening in January Training provided Unique, creative environment inside a salon Opportunity to grow with a new local business in Bay View Experience is a plus, but personality and willingness to learn matter most .
