Our work spans catering, venues, and experiential hospitality, each built with intention, creativity, and operational excellence. We are currently hiring for a part-time Barista position. This is an hourly role plus tips. The cafe's operating hours will be Monday - Friday, from 7:00am to 4:00pm.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they arrive, assist with any questions or concerns. Providing quality beverages, whole bean and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard. Keep equipment operating by following directions, ability to troubleshoot simple malfunctions on own. Ensure that the store area is clean, orderly, and well stocked at all times. Ensure a clean and safe working environment with active participation and knowledge of city food and safety regulations. Accurate cash handling skill Ensure that all complaints are resolved in a positive manner with a high level of customer service. Keep customers happy, generate repeat business.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Great muti-taking skills required, ability to execute client orders while processing payment transactions. Effective and professional communication skill Independent but collaborative when necessary.

Education and Experience:

Prior barista training preferred but not required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of standing. Must be able to lift, balance, and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
