Responsibilities Prepare a variety of coffee drinks and beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and consistency. Assist customers with chocolate selection and provide them with chocolate expertise. Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and serve with a friendly smile. Operate POS systems to process sales swiftly and accurately. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and food handling with integrity and attention to detail. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and dining spaces. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently while maintaining high service standards. Assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring all food safety protocols are followed diligently. Skills Proven experience with chocolate, as a barista or in a coffee shop environment, with strong coffee-making skills. Previous cashiering experience using POS systems . Excellent customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude. Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy.
