Job Description
Team Member / Barista - 3 Arrows Coffee Co. Requirements 18 years of age or older Weekend availability required 30-35 hours per week Fun, positive, motivated, and enjoys working with people We are hiring for both early morning opening shifts and closing shifts Job Summary As a Team Member/Barista at 3 Arrows Coffee Co., you'll create exceptional coffee experiences while providing warm, genuine customer service. You'll prepare handcrafted beverages, maintain a clean and welcoming café, and work alongside a passionate team that loves people and great coffee. Responsibilities Prepare espresso drinks, teas, and other menu items to company standards Deliver fast, friendly, and welcoming customer service Take customer orders and accurately operate the point-of-sale system Maintain cleanliness throughout the café, including the bar, lobby, and back-of-house Restock inventory and keep workstations organized Open or close the café following established procedures Work collaboratively with teammates in a fast-paced environment Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Learn about our coffees and products to confidently assist customers Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous coffee shop, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn Excellent communication and teamwork skills Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds Comfortable working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed What We're Looking For We want people who bring positive energy, care about others, and take pride in their work.
