Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair. Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing excellent customer service. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times. Assist in food handling, basic food preparation, and serving snacks or light menu items as needed. Qualifications Previous barista experience or strong coffee knowledge is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and serving standards. Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
